In the AFLCA votes for round 8,there were 7 perfect 10's...and who do you think go it for Carlton vs PA match? Huh? A player many believed last year was tradeable and should be traded, Mr Bryce Gibbs.  There are many out there in the footy world who believed that this player, a number one draft pick had lost his shine, his ability and his tenacity for footy.  But what they didn’t count on was how a magnificent player can get his confidence and ability pummelled by a coach that did not really have his heart in the club.  Yep I’m talking about MM. Now months on, a new year, a new coach and Bryce Gibbs is showing what he is capable of and why he is consistently in the top statistically in the matches this year.  How he has blossomed under the right coaching staff and the right belief in those around him have.  If we have witnessed anything this year, it is the re-birth and re-igniting of those players who have been with the club for a while, the likes of Simmo, Tuohy, Curnow, Krooz, Rowe, Armfield, Murph and of course, Gibbsy.  If we have learnt anything from this year, it is that no matter what the final outcome at the end of season of 2016, is that it is just the start of something big and all from the shoulders of a little man called Brendon Bolton!

Congrats Gibbsy!
